Longest CS2 chicken tail: seed 9367
Seed 9367 has the longest tail of all 100,000 CS2 pet chicken seeds: 16.2 in from beak to tail, against 14.0 in for the Median Hen (69455). The shortest tail is seed 15948 (13.1 in). The roll that sets tail length also tints the feathers, so long-tailed hens come out a touch yellower.

- Can I see my chicken's seed?
- Not yet. CS2 doesn't show a pet's seed in game, and you can't pick it: Valve rolls it. Pets can't be traded either, so these records are for bragging rights.
- Why are long-tailed hens yellower?
- The roll that sets tail length also shifts the feather tint, so the longer the tail, the yellower the feathers.
- How is tail length measured?
- From the tip of the beak to the end of the tail, seen from the side, with the hen standing still.
