1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Blue Gem Hunter Tool ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Service Operator

IsItABlueGem is a community-driven tool for CS2 pattern analysis. The Service includes both free features and optional paid subscription tiers that provide enhanced functionality.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

Subscription Tiers

We offer optional paid subscription plans (Basic and Pro) that provide enhanced features such as watchlists, price alerts, and Discord notifications. Current pricing is available on our pricing page.

Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We do not store your complete payment information on our servers. By subscribing, you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service.

Automatic Renewal

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) unless canceled before the renewal date. You will be charged the then-current subscription fee.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or the Stripe customer portal. Upon cancellation:

Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
You retain access to all paid features until your subscription expires
After expiration, your account reverts to the free tier
Your watchlists and followed items are preserved but become inactive (not deleted)

Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our service:

Subscription fees are generally non-refundable
Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis for technical issues preventing use of paid features
Contact support@isitabluegem.com within 14 days of your charge for refund requests
EU residents: You acknowledge that by subscribing, you request immediate access to the service, and waive your right of withdrawal once the service has been provided

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices with 30 days notice. Price changes take effect at your next renewal date. If you do not agree to the new price, you may cancel before your renewal date.

3. Eligibility

To use this Service, you must:

Be at least 13 years old
Have a valid Discord or Steam account (for authentication)
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Service Description

IsItABlueGem provides:

A database of CS2 blue gem patterns
Tools for pattern analysis and visualization
Community features for sharing and discovering patterns

This Service is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Valve Corporation.

5. Privacy & Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy:

All users are identified only by anonymous cryptographic hashes
We never collect or store personal identifiable information
Authentication is handled by Discord/Steam; we only receive a user ID which is immediately hashed
You have full rights to access, export, or delete your anonymized data

6. User Conduct

You agree NOT to:

Abuse, harass, or harm other users
Use the Service for any illegal purposes
Interfere with or disrupt the Service
Scrape or copy content without permission
Impersonate others or provide false information
Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this Service, except user-generated content, is owned by IsItABlueGem or its licensors.

CS2, Counter-Strike, and related imagery are trademarks of Valve Corporation.

By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Service.

8. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information on the Service.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IsItABlueGem from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Switzerland, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
